1. General Terms

This document forms a legally binding agreement between tb999 ("we", "us", "platform") and the user ("you", "user"). tb999 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services for players in Bangladesh.

By registering on our platform, logging in, or using any service, you are bound by these terms and conditions, our privacy policy, and our responsible gaming policy. These terms are provided in Bengali and that version is the effective version of the agreement.

2. Eligibility and Registration

3. Account Management

You are fully responsible for the security of your tb999 account. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and never share them with any third party.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our 24/7 live chat support immediately.
• Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple accounts may not be operated from the same device or IP address.
• tb999 may close an account without prior notice if fraudulent activity is detected.

The balance in your account may only be used for gaming activity on the platform. Transferring a balance to any third party is not permitted.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

• The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and funds may be returned in such cases.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same mobile banking account used to make the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
• tb999 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tb999 offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit up to ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) the original bonus amount must be fulfilled.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit after claiming the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — they may only be used as gaming balance.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per account, household, address, or device.
• In the case of fraudulent bonus claims, the entire bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

Under the VIP program, weekly cashback benefits are provided across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Separate terms apply to VIP-related details. tb999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

6. Gaming Policy

All games on tb999 are operated on a fair play basis. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and it is not possible for any party to alter the results.

• If a technical issue occurs during a gaming session, the relevant bet may be cancelled and the stake returned.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software errors or bugs will be considered void.
• A maximum win limit (max win) may apply to certain games or betting markets.
• Using bots or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion or arbitrage betting through multiple accounts is prohibited.

Cricket Betting Special Terms

For cricket betting, wagering is available on all international and domestic cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. If a match ends before the scheduled time or is cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event's own rules specify otherwise.

7. Responsible Gaming

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.

tb999 may immediately close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Registration using a false identity or fabricated information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• An account being operated by a person under 21 years of age.

You may request permanent closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Please complete any withdrawal of valid balance before the account is closed.

11. Dispute Resolution

After a complaint is submitted, tb999 will review the matter and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. tb999's decision will be considered final in resolving any dispute, unless a different conclusion is reached through mutual discussion at a later stage.

12. Changes to Terms
